Immediate opening for an Executive Chef for a fast-paced, growing concept. We are looking for a leader, able to mentor and develop the team while delivering unparalleled, trendy and innovative food offerings in an upbeat environment.

Executive Chef Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as an Executive Chef in a fast-paced, high volume environment ($8M +)
• Mediterranean or South American cuisine knowledge
• Detail oriented leader with passion for details and dedication to developing team of chefs
• Proficiency with scheduling, purchasing and inventories
