Location: Low Country, SC
Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time (40+ hours/week)
Compensation:
Base Salary: $50,000/year + Commission (Estimated $6,000/month during first 6 months, potential earnings of $100,000+ once established)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our team. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving business growth through networking, cold calling, and maintaining strong relationships with trade professionals. This role is ideal for someone with a background in marketing, sales, or business development, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain relationships with trade professionals, including insurance agents, apartment communities, and contractors.
-Actively generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and trade shows.
-Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies, including social media content.
-Participate in weekly Sales and Marketing meetings.
-Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring company values are upheld.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
-Strategic thinking, planning, and multitasking capability.

-Professional, personable, and articulate.
-Self-directed with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
