We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our dynamic commercial real estate investment and development company. This position will support the CEO in all aspects of their day-to-day activities, including personal tasks. Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders Provide administrative support to the senior management team, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing travel arrangements Coordinate and manage special projects and events as required Handle personal tasks for the CEO as needed, including personal shopping, errands, and scheduling appointments Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO and senior management team Manage professional and personal scheduling and tasks for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, procurement, and other company logistics Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals Assist in the management and posting of the social media platform Required skills and qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a commercial real estate or related field Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the real estate industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to support a dynamic and growing company.
