What will I be doing?
- Build Rapport: Engage with our product owners in face-to-face interactions, establishing meaningful connections and fostering positive relationships.
- Identify Needs: Create a compelling case for additional products through effective communication and understanding of the customer's travel preferences.
- Customer Service Excellence: Uphold HGV's commitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring every owner's experience is memorable and satisfying.
- Sales Process Mastery: Follow HGV's industry-leading sales process to guide potential customers seamlessly through their vacation ownership journey.
- Communications: Use various forms of communication (email, telephone, online/virtual, and written) to work with Guests and Owners.
- Relationship Building: Perform follow-up interactions to complete a sale with Guests and Owners online using appropriate HGV technology and adhering to HGV inventory selling guidelines.

At the core of our company’s success are our Team Members. To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- 6 months of previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Minimum one year of proven sales experience in the timeshare or sales industry such as car sales or real estate sales.
- Ability to resolve complex customer service issues.
- Consistent track record to adapt to changes in a fast paced environment.
It would be advantageous but not required in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 1 + years of previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience preferred.
- Two years of proven track record negotiating and closing high-end sales.
