Description The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support three Directors on our AMZL Regional Operations team in Nashville, TN. This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. This EA will support three Directors in Florida with a combination of about 5,000 people rolling up to these directors. Handling each executes complex schedules with a sense of urgency. Work will include managing schedules/calendars with no conflicts, making travel arrangements, organizing team leadership meetings, planning/executing leadership engagement activities and supporting the orchestration of various activities which help the director achieve operational excellence. Key job responsibilities This position has an in-office requirement of at least 3 days a week. Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal meetings Managing travel bookings Submitting expenses Organizing, executing, and assisting with team activities (meeting agendas, town hall meetings, off-sites/summits, and team social events) Multi-tasking during ad hoc projects and ensuring successful follow up of action items Assisting with a wide variety of day-to-day administrative tasks on behalf of the Directors Organizing Director's agendas and ensuring the smooth-running of their work in an ever-changing environment where priorities can change rapidly Basic Qualifications 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience High school or equivalent diploma Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred Qualifications Experience leading process improvements Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
