Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an executive assistant at our Austin office, located 1 mile southwest of downtown Austin. The executive assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, and be responsible for daily operational tasks, utilizing analytical skills to support our team of brokers and agents, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication within the team. The ideal candidate is a licensed real estate professional (or soon-to-be licensed) with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong understanding of residential real estate processes a plus.
Examples of what you will do:
· Work with brokers and agents to support their sales and lease transactions from beginning to end.
· Prepare, review, and process contracts, disclosures, and other real estate documents.
· Maintain and organize electronic and paper files, records, and documents.
· Provide administrative support for property showings, open houses, and events.
· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients, contractors, and service providers.
· Manage inbound calls and voicemail
· Maintain office supplies, signage, and branded merchandise inventory
· Oversee email, phone calls, and calendar management for the team leader and agents.
· Organize office ensuring professional presentation for visitors
· Track expenses, create vendor invoices, and receive credit card payments
· Organize property tours for agents and their clients

· Show properties to clients and prospects (occasional evenings and weekends required)
