We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations Manager/Executive Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks and provide support to senior executives
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain and organize files and records
  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Act as a liaison between different departments within the organization
  • Assist with various HR tasks such as recruiting and onboarding new hires

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
