Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or related field 5+ years of experience as a senior business analyst, including marketing automation campaign experience, or similar role for Salesforce implementations (or similar platform like Marketo or Eloqua) 5+ years of project management experience and/or leading a cross-functional team Expert knowledge in utilizing the Salesforce platform for advanced marketing campaigns; Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud experience preferred Proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics to analyze and interpret data for informed decision-making Demonstrated proficiency in data management and database concepts Willingness to travel up to 20% depending on requirements; candidate should be comfortable with travel and overtime as commitment requires Responsibilities
The Marketing Automation Manager will effectively advance Boston Scientific's technical solutions and data-driven marketing capabilities on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data platforms This role supports the Urology business unit and will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Integrated Communications teams with a focus on our patients/consumers Define business requirements to deliver advanced email, multi-channel, and demand generation capabilities based on business unit campaign objectives Drive execution of advanced email, multi-channel journeys, and lead generation and partner closely with marketing analytics team to measure performance and identify opportunities for optimization Create and maintain detailed documentation – i.e. operational processes, workflows, and training Collaborate with marketing managers to activate advanced customer segmentation strategies using customer data platform (CDP) and manage the database from a business perspective to ensure strong data integrity and clean data Support team in creating strategies, building business consensus, and enforcing enterprise and BU governance related to maintaining strong digital execution, deliverability, and analytics Activate 3rd party tools and technologies that enhance marketing automation capabilities (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Ad Studio, Mobile Studio, Interaction Studio, ShowPad, etc.) Support the creation of a ‘closed-loop marketing’ system enabling marketing investment attribution to incremental revenue impact Partner with internal business teams to define business processes and system requirements that feed into the marketing automation and demand generation roadmap Utilize a blend of marketing automation, data administration/management, and Salesforce implementation and management experience to provide nuanced and complex user stories and acceptance criteria to IT Manage (with technology Enablement & IT teams) marketing automation technology vendor partners Ensure UroPH marketing automation practices, processes, and approach are appropriately aligned with other BUs and best practices are shared Play a thought-leader role by sharing knowledge and best practices with both internal and external teams Additional Information
This opportunity is open to remote work for candidates residing beyond a commutable distance from our Marlborough, MA, or Maple Grove, MN offices. Candidates within a commutable distance to an office location will follow a hybrid work arrangement.
