Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and mail merge skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. This role involves providing administrative support to various departments and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform mail merge, data entry, and basic formulas and calculations in Excel.
Assist in typing documents in Word and creating presentations in PowerPoint.
Assist in miscellaneous office events, including ordering, coordinating, and clean-up.
Maintain and organize the front desk and surrounding areas.
Provide administrative support to executives as needed, including calendar scheduling and travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience as an Administrative Professional.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including mail merge, data entry, and basic formulas).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Professional demeanor and solid phone skills.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
