Executive Assistant to the CEO

CornerStone Professional Placement, has partnered with a local company in their search for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO and other executive leadership. We are seeking a candidate that has 5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite; managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and accommodations, etc. The desired candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented and be proactive in prioritizing initiatives that need immediate attention. We are seeking someone with a professional demeanor, excellent communications and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
Requirements of the Executive Assistant to the CEO:
· Must have 5+ years supporting C-Suite; calendaring, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements
· Must have advanced word, excel, powerpoint
· Prior project management experience a plus! We will be moving office locations in the near future
· Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
· Must be experienced in preparing reports, presentations and other correspondence that will be distributed to executive leadership and board members
Salary for Executive Assistant to CEO: 85K
Contract-to Hire Position
