Executive Assistant to the President

Pinpoint Talent has an immediate opportunity for an Administrative/Executive Assistant

Join a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting diversity and leadership in the finance industry. As the Executive Assistant to the President, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office while supporting the organization's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a liaison between the President and key stakeholders, including board members, donors, and corporate partners.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and detailed reports for both internal and external meetings.
  • Oversee special projects that align with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and execute logistics for events and conferences attended or hosted by the President.
  • Assist in drafting and editing communication materials, including speeches, letters, and emails.
  • Represent the President's office in key interactions and decision-making processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services or related fields is preferred.
  • Proven experience providing executive-level administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit organizations, particularly those focused on education or diversity initiatives, is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $90k to $95k annually
