LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a great company in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of executive or administrative assistant experience. Experience in the homebuilding industry a huge plus! Responsibilities: Support company executives and attorneys in administrative and accounting duties Responsible for financial and tax reporting Accounts payables and receivables Assist with all administrative functions Oversee onboarding for all personnel Experience Required at least 3 years of experience in executive assistance and accounting support Bachelor's Degree, preferred Skills: Strong Excel skills Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, vendors, and external partners Ability to support a team Work Type: Onsite, Full Time, Contract to Hire Compensation: $25-29/hr Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour Search managed by: Haley Bosco Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
