- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as schedule meetings, manage corresponence, coordinates travel arrangements, data entry, filing, and document management
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Plan and go to business travels
Qualifications
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a bonus
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls in a polite and efficient manner
