The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. As a key contributor to the team’s success, this individual will play a vital role in helping our clients build their brands and businesses through KEVANI’s unique media asset offerings. A high-energy, results-oriented professional, they will have excellent prospecting skills and the ability to identify opportunities in the marketplace. The Account Executive will oversee the full sales cycle for both new and existing accounts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned agencies, prospecting for new business, responding to proposals, negotiating pricing, and ensuring deals are successfully completed. Proactively source new business through cold calling, emailing, attending industry events, and utilizing tools like Zoominfo and LinkedIn. Present KEVANI’s market positioning to potential clients, highlighting value-driven opportunities and closing new deals. Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements to prospective and existing customers. Maintain an accurate pipeline of new and renewal business opportunities, utilizing a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to track sales activities and pipeline opportunities. Manage workflow to ensure internal processes are followed, and client needs and deadlines are met. Collaborate with KEVANI’s creative, operations, and administrative teams to deliver tailored media solutions and ensure timely execution of advertising campaigns. Assist in resolving issues related to billing and account management. Be a great KEVANI team member. Minimum Requirements: Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing a book of business. Winning attitude with the “ability to close”. Strong experience managing customer relationships and fostering long-term partnerships. Skills and Qualifications: Strong relationship-building skills, extending to internal teams across pre/post-sales. Excellent customer service and ability to pitch effectively to prospective clients. A good understanding of the media marketplace and ability to prepare competitive proposals. Proficiency in all aspects of the sales cycle, including account qualification. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver polished presentations. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to deliver results. College degree or equivalent experience.
