Sales Account Executive Job Description: Are you familiar with fix-and-flip shows on TV? We are the real-life lenders behind projects like those Trius Lending Partners finances real estate investment projects (residential & commercial) for investors and developers. We specialize in providing mortgage loans for non-owner-occupied investment properties, offering private hard money, bridge loans, commercial, and long-term rental financing. The main function of this position is to proactively solicit new real estate investor and developer clients, while developing and cultivating a strong business network of referrals. This is primarily an in-office phone sales role. We are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic professionals capable of handling multiple accounts while treating each customer as our only customer. Come grow your career with us Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Market and promote the company’s products and services accurately and effectively to potential business sources. Keep abreast of industry trends and opportunities, informing colleagues and senior management. Source business via in-person & virtual meetings with realtors, real estate investors/developers, and other partners. Make 100 outbound daily sales calls. Meet with mortgage loan borrowers on the phone and in person, advising and guiding them throughout the entire loan process. Review new leads daily and contact them to earn their business. Manage the daily pipeline (loan application to funding process) to ensure a smooth loan process for all parties involved. Network on nights and weekends when necessary. Provide continued assistance to the borrower during and after the application process. Qualifications: Experience using a customer relationship manager (CRM). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly detail-oriented with the ability to review data, catch, and remedy data integrity issues. Great listening, follow-up, and follow-through skills. Motivated by goals and a high achiever. Self-starter able to generate consistent originations from client conversations and provide innovative solutions that traditional banks don’t offer. Strong analytical skills, thriving in a data-rich environment; skilled in Excel. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
