A prestigious VC Firm with locations in San Francisco and Palo Alto is looking for a fantastic and intelligent Executive Assistant to support their highly respected CEO. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to the Co-Founder including heavy travel logistics, calendar management, event and meeting planning, and expense management.

**This role Hybrid and split between SF and Palo Alto in adherence to the CEO's schedule**



In this role:

  • Responsible for heavy business calendar management
  • Successfully coordinate domestic/international travel with precise itineraries
  • Manage expenses and process invoices with great attention to detail
  • Plan and execute office events and meetings for the firm
  • Schedule and organize board meetings while making sure all materials needed are prepared
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed


What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience providing Executive support in a professional services firm
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Successfully handle fast-paced environments while being heavily detail-oriented
  • 24/7 mentality
  • Make quick decisions and be an expert in problem-solving
  • Ability to schedule with precision and accuracy
  • Show initiative, be resourceful, and highly organized
  • Effectively multi-task and show great communication skills
  • High proficiency in technical skills
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
