About the Role

Additionally, the role involves Foundation leadership and management, including the crafting of a creative and strategic vision for programs, and the development of annual budgets. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of ten years' of senior-level experience in nonprofit development, with a proven track record in fundraising. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with the ability to inspire and engage both staff and volunteers. Professional skills should include experience in all areas of nonprofit operations, from staff development to budgeting, and the ability to manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
