The Executive Director provides strategic leadership, technology vision and subject matter expertise in the management and delivery of ERP and related technology solutions. This role works closely with executive leadership in Finance and HR, and across Technology teams. The position partners with stakeholders and business owners to identify business process optimizations, enhancing the performance of technology solutions and implementing suitable ERP solutions in support of business strategies. The Executive Director is a trusted technology partner for Finance, Tax and HR leaders and drives with them the optimization of systems and processes end to end. This position is also responsible and accountable for ERP Managed Service Providers (MSPs), contracts, delivery against KPIs and SLAs, and financial performance. Responsibilities: • Partner with Finance and HR leadership to develop and deliver the ERP roadmap to improve business processes end to end (Finance, HR, Payments, Tax) • Support the finance and HR leadership team to deliver robust implementations, and to identify, clarify and resolve complex issues critical to the success of Finance and HR • Drive execution of the technology strategy to meet the current and future business needs of a global Finance and HR organization • Demonstrate the functional and technical knowledge and expertise of implementing and managing ERP solutions for a global organization. • Support the development of business case(s) for ERP and related Finance/HR project(s) • Develop annual budget, manage actuals against forecast, manage and prioritize demand against approved budget and funding • Accountable for execution of processes, managing MSP vendors, implementing process improvements and year-on-year efficiency, managing key performance indicators (KPI) metrics, and tracking and actively seeking to reduce the unit cost of services and total cost of ownership (TCO) • Be creative in applying technology to solve problems and enabling simplification through identification of opportunities to standardize systems and investments across programs. • See the “big picture” of the organization— the way in which various processes interact across the organization. Understand the key drivers of the organization’s success from mission to customer experience to financial performance and how these relate to each other. • Bring industry ideas and best practices to solve business problems and improve ETS competitiveness. LI-NA1 LI-REMOTE KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS • Demonstrated success setting and executing strategy for a highly visible business line. • Demonstrated success leading teams in agile business and product development from identifying business needs to the development of solutions. • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work across a complex organizational structure and diverse stakeholders. • Experience with ERP systems, implementation and management. • Experience communicating effectively with senior executives to gain understanding and support, while speaking with one voice across the ETS organization.
