Job Description
Chubb's Global Safety, Security and Business Continuity Management group (GSSBCM) has a unique opportunity for an Executive Driver. GSSBCM is responsible for several critical areas, including executive protection, that are driven by a Duty of Care to protect our people, property, reputation, and brand. GSSBCM acts as a shared service to support Chubb Business Units and Corporate functions - as an integrator that can assist with reducing risk, and enhancing resilience, through deliberate planning, progressively challenging exercises, and transparent policies and processes.
Key Objectives:
Reporting to the AVP, Executive Protection, the Executive Driver will have direct impact on the safety, well-being, and timely transport of senior level executives, clients, and guests. Their primary objective will be providing driving services to Corporate Officers / Senior Management, members of the Board of Directors, clients, and guests. The Executive Driver will also assist Senior Management, Corporate Security and/or the Transportation Coordinator in the performance of other tasks as required.

Qualifications
The pay range for the role is $80,000 to $95,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide driving services to Chubb senior executives on a regular basis. Driving services for Board of Directors, clients and guests will be as directed on an as needed basis.
- Research safest and most expeditious route, taking into consideration construction, weather, and travel time
- Ensure car is maintained appropriately, both cosmetically and mechanically. Report malfunctions to either the Transportation Coordinator or VP, Executive Protection
- Assist Transportation Coordinator and/or VP, Executive Protection in special projects as requested
- Provide services associated with select executive's car maintenance
- Car scheduling services may be needed for executive travel onsite
- Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays
- May perform the following duties depending on location:
- Assist in daily inspection of fleet vehicles and cosmetic upkeep
- Flexible Schedule; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with little prior notice and overtime as needed.
- Attend both virtual and in-person employee development/training opportunities on an as needed basis
- Travel with the executive team as needed to support travel and protective details
- Abide by all traffic regulations, laws, and ordinances at all times while driving
- Drive with safety as a priority
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- A high degree of interpersonal skills and able to work with and navigating diverse personalities
- 2 or more years of professional driver experience preferred
- Good organizational skills
- Strong ability to keep confidences, maintain professional conduct at all times, and anticipate client needs
- Working familiarity with local and long-distance routes
- Ability to lift 60 pounds
- Good interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of defensive/security driving program
- Neat, professional appearance
- Punctual and excellent time management skills
- CPR Certified
- Knowledge of New York City and surrounding areas
