About the Role: As an Account Executive at Downstream, you will be the driving force behind our growth. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and presenting solutions that help them succeed. Your goal will be to consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach. Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty. Identify business opportunities and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets. Document all sales activities in the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. Stay current on market trends, competition, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless execution. Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience in sales, ideally in the equipment rental space. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
