The Executive Director will also serve as the primary liaison with the Board of Advisors and leading funding partners, ensuring that the organization's work is in line with its mission and values. Candidates for the Executive Director position should be inspiring communicators, proven fundraisers, and possess deep philanthropic and sector networks. The role requires a leader with a strong commitment to justice and equity, who is forward-thinking and can bring the highest level of integrity to the work. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of successful leadership, managerial skills to guide the organization, and experience in leading a high-performing team.
