About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of fostering racial justice and equity in the digital society. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and organizing a diverse community of funders aligned on intersectional issues, working in close partnership with staff to develop and lead strategies that advance the organization's goals. This role involves close collaboration with funding partners to identify and develop strategic opportunities for transformational impact. The Executive Director will also serve as the primary liaison with the Board of Advisors and leading funding partners, ensuring that the organization's work is in line with its mission and values. Candidates for the Executive Director position should be inspiring communicators, proven fundraisers, and possess deep philanthropic and sector networks. The role requires a leader with a strong commitment to justice and equity, who is forward-thinking and can bring the highest level of integrity to the work. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of successful leadership, managerial skills to guide the organization, and experience in leading a high-performing team. Strategic initiatives that have facilitated cross-sector alignment and built lasting relationships are essential, as is the ability to promote a culture of collaboration and accountability.
