About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the organization, including its strategic and programmatic objectives. This role involves working closely with the Board of Directors to shape and fulfill the mission and vision of the organization. The Executive Director will also serve as the primary spokesperson, enhancing the organization's relationships with key stakeholders and the community. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree (with a preference for a graduate degree in a related field) and a proven track record of senior leadership in comparable-sized organizations, particularly within the healthcare, association management, public policy, or advocacy sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, experience in P&L management, and a history of successful fiscal management. Leadership skills, including the ability to build and motivate teams, drive change, and foster innovation, are essential. The role requires an individual with superb communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills, who can work effectively with diverse groups and is committed to the organization's mission. Spanish fluency and Hispanic descent are also required.
