About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead and strengthen its nonprofit organization. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include identifying and securing new funding sources, leading grant-writing activities, and creating a culture of fundraising within the organization. The role also involves overseeing financial and budgetary management, maintaining strong relationships with the Board of Directors, and serving as the public face of the organization. The candidate should possess strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, and be proficient in philanthropic and financial management systems. A background in working with military and first responder groups, as well as educational facilities, is highly valued.
