About the Role

The Executive Director will also be a proven fundraiser, with a creative and entrepreneurial approach to revenue generation, and will be expected to manage the organization's operations, including program excellence, and a staff of 24. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a passion for the mission of education equity, with a focus on supporting first-generation college students and those from low-income households.
