About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its SAT Weekend Program Management. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of leading and building the SAT Weekend program, which is a key component of the company's mission to provide educational opportunities to students worldwide. This role is pivotal in overseeing the successful delivery and launch of program changes, managing a team, and ensuring that the program meets the needs of students and educators. The Executive Director will be responsible for program management, stakeholder satisfaction, and driving the program's strategy and administration. This includes managing the execution of the SAT Weekend model, leading a team, defining the product roadmap, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program/business management, particularly in K-12 assessments, test preparation, or EdTech, and a passion for supporting the educational and career paths of millions of students. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in program/business management, with a focus on K-12 assessments, test preparation, or EdTech. A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required, and an MBA is a plus. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in setting vision, managing teams, and achieving aligned goals. The Executive Director will be expected to have a deep understanding of the K-12 assessment landscape, including testing technology platforms, and a strong knowledge of marketing, business, and financial principles. The position also requires the ability to work on Saturdays and be accessible on Sundays during specific weekends, as well as domestic travel. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of driving program growth, and will have the ability to manage complex operational situations while ensuring high standards of student and educator satisfaction.
