About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Duals and SNP Programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive plan to serve individuals eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. This includes establishing a dedicated team to focus on the unique needs of dual-eligible members, such as health plan administration, social needs, and care coordination. The role demands a strategic leader who can ensure the company's competitive positioning in the market, particularly in the rapidly growing duals and SNPs space. The Executive Director will be accountable for the growth strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and managing a matrix organization to develop and enhance duals products. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include owning the strategic direction for duals products, analyzing market and regulatory landscapes, and designing marketing and distribution strategies. The role also involves creating and leading the Health Equity Index strategy, designing the member journey, and ensuring compliance with state and federal policies. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in the duals space, with a deep understanding of the regulatory environment and the ability to drive innovation in product design and service delivery. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to meet the company's growth, quality, and margin objectives.
