This position's salary starts at $110,000/year | Credit for experience will be given
How you will make an impact:
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall success of the Grand Meadow Skilled Nursing Community. The Executive Director will ensure success of operations through resident care management, personnel management, financial management, environmental services and social services management, organizational management, regulation management, and marketing.
Schedule Varys: This is a full-time, day shift position. Weekends and Holidays off!
What you will need:
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) through the Minnesota Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators
- Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) is preferred.
- Previous experience in an Executive Director/Licensed Nursing Home Administrator role preferred.
