Job Description
Yalent is partnering with a fast-growing AI-driven company to help them find a Account Executive to join their dynamic sales team. This company is at the forefront of transforming enterprise customer support with advanced conversational AI agents that help leading companies deliver exceptional customer service while optimizing their operations. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by building relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You’ll be a key player in scaling the company’s presence and impact in the enterprise space, backed by strong investor funding and a proven track record of success.
Job Responsibility
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, customer success, etc.) to develop a unified sales motion.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Lead and own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
- Drive revenue by negotiating and closing deals, including multi-year contracts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a top-performing Account Executive.
- Proven track record of closing $100k+ deals, ideally within an early-stage company.
- Strong ability to prospect, qualify leads, and build a pipeline from scratch.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Bonus points if you have previous experience selling AI or customer support/experience software.
