About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Capture to lead the business development and capture efforts for its global solutions business line. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the company's growth goals and managing a team that supports the business line. This role requires the development of growth strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the capture team is effectively identifying and developing opportunities. The Executive Director will also be involved in the capture process, managing the new business and re-competition pipeline, and ensuring compliance with business ethics and code of conduct. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 10 years of general management experience with a focus on business development, and a proven track record in the DOD/Federal market. The role demands a leader with full knowledge of the federal procurement process, the ability to manage a complex task and team, and a strong background in capture management. The ideal candidate will have experience in the various program areas of the business line, a history of successful major program captures, and the ability to work with all levels of management. A U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance, the candidate should be prepared for worldwide travel and extended work hours as required.
