Job Overview Job Description:The Principal Cybersecurity for PAM will be a technical expert that will work with Security Architecture, Product Management, Operations, and other teams and stakeholders to implement CyberArk PAM solutions. You will also oversee and provide technical leadership for the level 2 engineer's work in this implementation.Key Responsibilties:Collaborate with a dedicated team to support the operation and continuous maturity enhancement of core technologiesDrive firm-wide adoption campaigns in a prioritized and agile manner.Develop a combination of standard and custom integration patterns, connectors, APIs, toolkit and well-documented guides to enable adopting team self-servicing.Articulate and communicate security risks and recommended options to balance security and productivity with other security teams, internal customers and leadershipStay on top of technology advancement of commercial and open-source technologies in the industry. Continue research, evaluate and bring new options to refresh our solution bank.Develop and articulate a comprehensive PAM strategy aligned with AT&T's goals and objectives.Oversee and track the implementation of CyberArk.Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues related to CyberArk functionality and integration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CyberArk into existing infrastructure.Engage with stakeholders and report on PAM initiatives, performance, and risks.On-site presence for support and after-hours work, if necessary.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.Experience in leading PAM projects and teams.6+ years of foundational Identity and Access Management related experience.4+ years of experience as an engineer for a privileged access management platform (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.).Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix as well as network devices, Active Directory, and databases.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Hands-on experience of configuring CyberArk CorePAS including plugin configurations, and ability to develop custom integration, implement custom connector and automation in supporting PAM.Requires Daily Office Presence (3-5 day a week) at the listed location. No relocation assistance is provided.Our Principal Cybersecurity earns between $141,300.00 - $1237,400. USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
