When you step into a career with AT&T, you won't just imagine the future-you'll create it.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Reviews all audit related requests and engages the teams to resolve as neededEnsures compliance programs, projects, and work activities adhere to Security Policy & Requirements.Monitors enforcement of company standards and industry standard regulations by managing, tracking, and leading project efforts to drive governance, risk, and compliance.Displays high ethical standards and works diligently to audit sand compliances objectives of the business.Prepare metrics and reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies to track, maintain, and report compliance activities.Works with users and application owners to coordinate their activities and requirements into the organizations plans and deliverables Program Management for User Access Management workstreams with special focus on driving platform remediation and recertification, GTO/CSO IAM joint projects, the on boarding of critical applications (SOX, Cloud, ServiceNow) in partnership with Product, current/future migrations from legacy systems, and coordinate audit activities across partner organizations. Supports innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical program management related tasks associated with the cyber security programs.Coordinate with Global Technology Office on all major initiatives and communicationsQualifications:Preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security.Requires 5-8 years of related experience. Platform/Software audit/compliance experience, including SOX user access management controlsProgram Management CMPM certificationExpert at Microsoft office applications including Sharepoint and Power AutomateFamiliarity with SailPoint platformRequires Daily Office Presence (3-5 days a week) at the listed location(s).
