Job Summary
Newberry Group seeks a Cybersecurity Compliance & Projects Lead with the ability to support an upcoming project within our DISA end-client. In this role, the Cybersecurity Compliance & Projects Lead provides coordination, development, and evaluation of security programs.
Location
Chambersburg, PA, Ft. Meade, MD, Alexandria, VA, or Washington D.C. (to be determined at contract award)
Clearance Requirements
Active Secret
Certification Requirements
DoD 8570 IAM/IAT Level III certification. This will change to a DoD 8140 equivalent once a DISA 8140 policy is released.
Primary Responsibilities
• Determines enterprise IA and security standards.
• Develops and implements IA/security standards and procedures.
• Coordinates, develops, and evaluates security programs.
• Recommends IA/security solutions to support customers’ requirements.
• Identifies, reports, and resolves security violations.
• Establishes and satisfies IA and security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands.
• Supports customers at the highest levels in the development and implementation of doctrine and policies.
Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) – may consider experience in lieu of degree
• Seven (7) or more years’ relevant experience in the skills listed above
