Key Responsibilities:

• Cybersecurity Implementation and Maintenance:
  • Design, implement, and manage robust security measures to protect company systems and data.
  • Monitor for security vulnerabilities, breaches, and other cyber risks, taking prompt action when necessary.
  • Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations and standards.
• Technical Support:
  • Provide daily IT support for software and hardware issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, system, and application issues promptly.
  • Maintain, upgrade, and manage all IT systems, including servers, networks, and devices.
• System Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Perform regular system audits to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure optimal uptime and functionality.
  • Manage backups, disaster recovery solutions, and system updates.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with all departments to understand and address their IT needs.
  • Train employees on security protocols and IT best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in IT support and cybersecurity, with certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or CEH preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, antivirus software, and data encryption.
• Proficiency in managing Windows, Linux, or MacOS environments.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce. Salesforce Admin credentials a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-focused approach.
