Job Description: Third Party Cybersecurity As a Third-Party Cybersecurity team member in Crowe's Consulting Practice , your role will be focused on helping clients identify cybersecurity risks in their vendor population. You will consult with clients to analyze their third-party cybersecurity programs, implement systems to automate third party management, assess their vendors' overall cybersecurity posture, and monitor for cybersecurity incidents. Our clients rely on our expertise in cybersecurity to identify and help mitigate risk with their vendors and other third parties. As a consultant on our team, you will work with clients and their third parties to understand data flow, network architecture, cloud configurations, and general best cybersecurity practices. You will be responsible for identifying potential risks to client data and services and providing recommendations on steps to remediate. You will also work with clients to design and implement processes and technologies to better categorize and identify third party risk within their organization. Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following preferred majors (or comparable major). Information Security Computer Information Systems Management Information Systems Computer Science Understanding of Cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, etc. CompTIA Security certification is preferred Ability to travel Preferred Qualifications: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think in a process-oriented, analytical fashion Self-motivated Aptitude to learn and use cutting edge technology to tackle business problems Learn and work well both in a team and independently Ability to utilize both technical and interpersonal skills to assist clients Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong conceptual thinking and creativity Entrepreneurial spirit The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
