Orrick's Technology Companies Group is seeking an Associate with 4 to 6 years of experience with a passion for high-growth emerging technology businesses to join the

San Francisco

The ideal candidate should possess 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a major law firm, focusing on private offerings, venture capital, and transactions for emerging companies. The role demands a highly driven individual with outstanding academic skills in both verbal and written communication, as well as excellent interpersonal abilities. The expected salary range for this position is between $310,000 and $390,000. Orrick is committed to providing a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to our attorneys and staff, wherever they work. This compensation and benefits information is based on Orrick's estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but are not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
