Qualifications

•Applicants must undergo in-class & on-the-road training courses which will help candidates understand policies, procedures & tasks involved with completing trips successfully.

•Pass testing of training course information.

•Pass an initial and ongoing random drug screening.

•Have a clean background of major criminal offenses.

•Have a clean drivers license abstract.

•Have a valid drivers license and/ or CDL with B & P endorsement.

•Demonstrate positive & professional customer service throughout employment term.

•Understand geographical locations & utilize cellular GPS Technology.

•Carry & lift baggage upwards of 50 lbs.

•Care for vehicles & Company Fleet Policy.

•Be available based on company needs.

•Be able to commute to NJ headquarters of working sub-par hours.

•Have a personal cellphone.

•Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively.

•Own, maintain & present in suit attire prior to hire.

•Bus drivers must have a CDL with a P Endorsement - and undergo same in class & on road training class.

•Flexible Schedule.

We are accepting all applicants to provide for-hire transportation services, with regular drivers licenses and CDL's with B & P endorsements. Examples of courses cover customer service practices, mapping understanding, pickup protocols & defensive driving training.
