Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, experienced CDL Tow Driver to join our team in Conway, AR. As a Tow Driver, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance, transporting vehicles, and responding to emergency towing calls efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have previous driving and towing experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to work on-call shifts during nights and weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a commercial tow truck to transport vehicles safely to designated locations.
• Respond to emergency towing and roadside assistance calls in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper documentation of each towing and service call.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist with vehicle loading and unloading using appropriate towing equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized work environment, including vehicle upkeep.
• Communicate with dispatch and follow directions to ensure timely responses to calls.
• Follow all local traffic laws, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Be available for on-call shifts every other night and weekend, as required.

Qualifications:

• Class A CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) required.
• Previous driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Previous towing experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in high-pressure situations.
