Gator Transport Group is looking for a safe, dependable, stable, and hardworking CDL Dump Truck Driver. We pay Weekly.

Our Dump Truck CDL Drivers will Operate brand new 2022 Peterbilt 567 Dump Trucks with Automatic transmissions.

Job Responsibilities for The CDL Dump Truck Drive:

  • Transport material (Dry or Wet) to and from specified locations.
  • Verify the types of materials being transported and ensuring the load does not exceed weight restrictions.
  • Ensure that the material is loaded correctly into the Dump Truck.
  • Perform regular maintenance to ensure the truck is in good operative condition.
  • Must maintain clean equipment, check fluids, grease daily, and replace seals.
  • Prompt reporting of any accidents, injuries, or mechanical faults to management.
  • Complete ELD pre/post-trip DOT inspection reports.
  • Comply with all DOT safety rules and regulations.
  • Assist in Mobilizations/Demobilizations as needed.
  • Must be motivated and able to work independently.
  • Occasional over night travel required
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions (hot, humid, cold, wet).

Qualifications for The CDL Dump Truck Driver:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with a Class A or B driver's license operating a Dump Truck.
  • Highschool diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge of construction site safety, truck maintenance, and road safety regulations.
  • Must have a valid CDL Class A or B driver's license along with a clean record.
  • Current medical card required.
  • Able to operate heavy equipment a plus, but not required.
  • OSHA Certifications a plus.

Physical Demands/Work Environment for The CDL Dump Truck Driver:

  • Required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • 50-60 Hour weeks
  • Frequently will reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Regularly will lift up to 10 pounds; Frequently will lift up to 25 pounds; Occasionally will lift up to 50 pounds.
