The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Professional Services and Consulting category which consists of: IT Outsourcing/Managed Services, Professional Services, Advisory and Human Resources Services. This role involves enterprise sourcing, contracting, and vendor management within the category, as well as managing a group of four sourcing professionals and reporting to the Head of Sourcing and Category Management. The candidate must possess strong leadership skills to influence the business on category management opportunities and savings. The focus of this role is to collaborate with business leaders to develop and integrate strategic category management strategies across the organization. You will: Manage Strategic Sourcing processes for categories including IT and Non-IT Professional Services. Provide thought leadership and drive key stakeholder alignment and successful execution of sourcing and procurement strategies. Review appropriate sourcing strategies and develop execution plans accordingly. Manage supplier qualification and RFx events. Research and negotiate vendor agreements and contracts. Lead supplier negotiations and analyze proposals across multiple considerations. Define and implement process improvements in the category. Establish category documentation and evaluate preliminary category value hypotheses. Exhibit solid leadership skills and mentor strategic sourcing members. Create an operational culture focused on professionalism and value-added service. You have: BS/BA in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance or Business Administration; CSCP or MBA preferred. Minimum 15 years of combined sourcing/procurement/supply chain experience. Ability to drive alignment between varied stakeholders. Expertise in strategic sourcing for Professional Services categories. Professional Services Industry expertise. Successful track record in developing collaborative relationships. Experience utilizing relevant procurement technologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven track record to influence business partners. Leadership experience in establishing core department strategies. Reporting Relationship:

This position reports to the Head of Category & Supplier Management. Location:

Hybrid role: 2 days in office; 3 days WFH. Located at the Holmdel, NJ or Hudson Yards, NYC offices. Our Promise:
