Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/President to lead our organization towards achieving its strategic goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior leadership, business management, and development, with a proven track record of driving organizational growth and success. This role requires an individual who is visionary, results-oriented, and capable of fostering a positive corporate culture while managing diverse teams. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s mission and vision. Oversee the organization’s operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business functions, including membership, events, marketing, travel and tourism, ribbon cuttings, grand openings, meetings, legislative conferences, management of programs, etc. As Yellowstone Teton Territory grant administrator, oversee all contracts, budgets, and grant applications submitted to YTT. Lead senior leadership teams in setting performance goals and evaluating progress against those goals. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members. Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives to expand market presence. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while promoting ethical practices within the organization. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public engagements. Recruit interns and develop training opportunities for their development and professional growth. Skills Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on business management. Strong skills in business development to identify growth opportunities. Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals. Proficiency in financial management to oversee budgets and financial planning effectively. Excellent supervisory skills to manage diverse teams across various departments. Strategic planning expertise to develop long-term organizational strategies that drive success. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
