The Amazon Security Foundations team is seeking a Senior UX Designer to help drive the next generation of AI/ML-powered security management tools. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to transform our approach to security management by making advanced AI/ML technologies intuitive, user-friendly, and seamlessly integrated across our tooling stack. You’ll play a key role in designing cohesive user experiences that simplify complex workflows, empowering users to efficiently engage with security solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and security engineers, to create user-centered solutions that turn intricate processes into scalable, elegant systems. You’ll also have the opportunity to innovate across the entire security management experience, identifying automation opportunities aligned with lifecycle thinking and scalable design principles to support our North Star vision. As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll be involved throughout the entire strategy, design, and development lifecycle. You’ll define problems, align around customer experience outcomes, build workflows, create and test prototypes, and deliver highly usable experiences leveraging an established Voice of the Customer program. You must be adaptable, thrive in a collaborative environment, and drive projects forward through ambiguity. Key job responsibilities
Lead the UX design for security management and AI tooling, focusing on solving key application security challenges. Conduct user research and translate insights into user-centric design solutions. Develop personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to guide the design process. Create intuitive, cohesive interfaces that simplify complex workflows and interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business and technical goals. Drive the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring design fidelity. Facilitate usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations leveraging an established Voice of the Customer program. Advocate for user needs and contribute to a consistent design language across products. Mentor junior designers and foster an inclusive, collaborative design culture. Contribute to the development of design strategies that align with organizational goals. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
