In this role, you can expect consistent weekly miles averaging around 2,500, with a dependable 34-hour reset each weekend, allowing for 46 to 53 hours at home. Starting at 53 cents per mile, drivers also receive additional compensation for tasks like breakdowns, tarping, and detention time. With freight that includes diverse flatbed loads like lumber, rebar, pipe, and even oversized items, you'll find variety in your routes and challenges that keep each day interesting. Average weekly earnings are approximately $1,400, with the chance to increase your income through our success pathways program, offering up to $5,000 in bonuses within the first 120 days. You'll also have flexibility in pay structure, choosing between mileage or load percentage, and our minimum pay program ensures no less than $1,200 after your first 30 days with us.

We're hiring in the Columbia, South Carolina area, zip code 29201, and our routes are designed with your home time in mind, ensuring you're back for a full weekend reset. During orientation, you'll receive $1,500 in pay, and all meals, travel, and accommodations are provided. We'll also assist you in obtaining a TWIC card if needed. Our fleet consists of Peterbilt 579 trucks, thoughtfully outfitted with Sirius XM, inverters, TV mounts, and Espar bunk heaters for comfort on the road.
