Titan Placement Group is searching for a Dental Assistant in St. Louis, MO.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range for Dental Assistant: $17.65 - $25.39 per hour (based on experience)
• Salary Range for EFDA: $18.70 - $26.92 per hour (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
• Relocation Assistance: Available (based on relocation distance)

Responsibilities

• Typical Schedule: 40 hours per week (Friday clinics end by noon or 1 PM)
• Chair-Side Assistance: Assist the dentist in providing comprehensive care to patients
• Patient Preparation and Comfort: Prepare patients for treatment and ensure comfort during procedures
• Sterilization and Setup: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, sterilizing instruments and preparing trays for procedures
• Administrative Support: Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and assist with front-desk duties when necessary
• Expanded Functions (If EFDA): Perform additional duties as allowed under the Expanded Function Dental Assistant certification, including applying sealants and assisting with restorative procedures

Requirements

• Clear and Active Dental Assistant License in the State of Missouri
• EFDA Certification Preferred
• Compassionate and Patient-Centered Care Approach
• Organized and Detail-Oriented
• EMR Familiarity – EPIC preferred
