We handle all aspects of general dentistry and also provide additional services such as cosmetic treatments, implants, and root canals. Currently, our office is seeking a Dental Assistant for our practice in Alamogordo, NM! The ideal candidate will be a hard worker, reliable, and dependable. A team player who is willing to help contribute to the practice through excellent patient care and chairside manner.

Essential Functions

• Welcome and greet patients
• Update and maintain patient records
• Take X-rays and intraoral photos of patients
• Schedule patient appointments
• Assist clinicians during dental procedures
• Sterilize instruments and clean rooms and ensure all infection control policies are being followed
• Prepare operatories for patient visits

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of 1+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
• CPR Certification
• Active State Registered Dental Assistant Licensure
