Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and creating strategies to grow followers and enhance engagement.Email Marketing:
Create and distribute email campaigns that resonate with target audiences and encourage engagement.Performance Analysis:
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to monitor and report on digital campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.A/B Testing:
Run A/B tests to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns and optimize them for maximum impact.Brand Consistency:
Ensure brand messaging and visuals are consistent across all digital platforms.Market Research:
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to inform marketing tactics.Requirements:Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience:
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a consulting or B2B environment.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEO tools, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).Creative Skills:
Strong writing and content creation skills, with an eye for visual detail and branding.Analytical Abilities:
Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.Project Management:
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Communication Skills:
