Join our dynamic team at ZURU Toys as a Licensing Manager, where you'll embark on an exciting journey of global expansion and help shape our licensed collectible portfolio. As a Licensing Manager, you will have the opportunity to engage in ongoing business development, using your persuasive communication skills to secure partnerships with some of the world's largest licensors. Together with our Global Licensing Team, you will become an ambassador for Licensing at ZURU, building compelling arguments and pitch decks, sharing brand success stories, and providing valuable insights for internal consideration. You will also play a critical role in account management as a front-facing licensing ambassador. Role Impact

As a Licensing Manager, you will play a vital role in driving ZURU's business success. By supporting partnerships with major licensors and expanding our licensed collectible portfolio, you will make a significant impact on our company's growth. Your ability to craft compelling emails and deliver persuasive communication will help us build strong arguments and pitch decks, leading to successful partnerships. Key to this role will be maximizing a plethora of existing partnerships with a focus on account management. Your efforts in business development will position ZURU as a prominent player in the global licensing market. Account Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with licensing partners, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth, including up-selling, cross-selling, and expanding licensing categories. Oversee the negotiation of licensing agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives, while also monitoring partner compliance with contract stipulations. Product Development

Following up on licensing opportunities following NPD calls. Presenting back progress with licensing deals during NPD calls. Providing feedback from licensors to PD teams. Working with PD teams on licensing approvals. Business Development

Utilise persuasive communication techniques to craft compelling emails for potential licensors. Maintain a licensing contact database and keep detailed records of meeting notes, brand updates, and progress made. Report back to the Head of Licensing and product team on any developments with licensors. Build and tailor pitch decks for licensor meetings and provide support during pitching, note-taking, and follow-up processes. Work with agents on building licensing pipelines & closing deals. Building presentations on brand success including circulating success slides with licensors & retail marketing teams. Support relevant commercial case studies. Reporting

Deliver regular insights on existing and new properties for internal consideration. Working with brand team on creating forecast templates for new deals. POS report – stay on top of licensed product performance. Work with licensing executive on licensing category information and hunting new trends. Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, law, or a related field. Previous work experience in Licensing (2-5 years minimum). Strategy thinking and attention to detail. Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong verbal and written communication using persuasion. Hardworking, good team player, willing to learn, and well-organized. A natural hustler who lives to win. Excellent interpersonal skills. Compensation

$100,000 - $130,000 a year
