Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Dental Assistants, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
  • Assist dentists during complex dental procedures.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
  • Oversee the training and development of new team members.
  • Manage patient records and ensure accuracy in scheduling and treatment plans.
  • Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and infection control regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and management to foster a positive and efficient environment.

Qualifications:

  • Certification from an accredited Dental Assistant program.
  • X-Ray license.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
  • 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
