Aligned Dental Partners is hiring: Experienced Dental Assistant II in Ashburn

We are looking for a full-time Dental Assistant (DA II strongly preferred!) who is an energetic team player!

What you will do:

• Supports patient care by preparing treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials.
• Supports patient care by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patients.
• Adept at pouring, trimming, and polishing study casts and fabricating aesthetically pleasing temporary restorations.
• Provides information to and educates patients by answering questions and requests.
• Adept at entering Doctor's notes and forms into the computer system.
• Cleaning and polishing removable appliances.
• Anticipates doctor's needs in set-ups, suction, and the passing of instruments and materials.
• Documents dental care services by thorough charting in patient records.
• Adeptness in Intra Oral photography
• Ensures OSHA compliance with the sterilization of instruments, dental equipment, and treatment rooms
• Contributes to team effort with an engaging and positive disposition

Who you are:

• You are a DA looking to be part of a great team environment with the following qualifications:
• Active CPR Certification, DA Certification, VA X-Ray Certification
• Available to work practice hours as needed Monday through Friday.
