As a Principal Technical Program Manager in this organization, you will be responsible for driving the strategic execution and operational excellence of our product roadmap across the Alexa Devices and Cloud (Experiences, Features, and Devices) portfolio. You will work with stakeholders to ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of complex, strategically important features that span our hardware, software, and cloud offerings. This role requires deep technical expertise in software development, strong business acumen, exceptional program management skills, and the ability to navigate a large, matrixed organization. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the central authority for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle of strategic horizontal and vertical features, from concept to launch and beyond. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain a multi-year product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Establish robust mechanisms for release planning, feature tracking, and product health monitoring across the portfolio. Develop and maintain a centralized dashboard to provide visibility into the status of upcoming releases and key metrics. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making to prioritize features, resolve blockers, and enforce the agreed-upon release plan. Partner with feature and device launch owners to monitor product health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Champion the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the organization's release management capabilities. Communicate the product roadmap, release plans, and key milestones to stakeholders at all levels, including executives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions. Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of technical product or program management experience. 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams. 5+ years of software development experience. 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects. About the Team:
