In this remote role as the Bio-Rad

Digital Project Manager , you will be responsible for helping manage the end-to-end production and launch of global digital marketing programs.You will manage Demand Generation Projects from Submission to completion including organizing communications and hand-offs between partners. You will ensure all necessary information is provided for project builds and reporting, drive efficiencies and meeting of critical due dates. Utilize our project management tool (Workfront) and proven techniques to manage all the above. You will work closely with all Demand Generation Performance team members and lend your expertise to the team's overall goals and in some cases lead the collaboration. Manage project communication with all stakeholders and document key meetings and decisions. You will work in close partnership with other Project Managers in the marketing organization towards overall alignment and efficiency in all marketing efforts.How You'll Make an Impact:

Own the communication between Production team and stakeholdersEnsure deliverables meet deadlinesEnsure accurate data for project reportingTrack production capacity and identify bandwidth availability/concernsAssist in the removal of roadblocks for Production teamWhat You Bring:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communication, Business, Marketing, Management, Advertising or other related field.Work Experience: 3+ years of Project Management experienceSuperior organizational and time management skills with the ability to perform detail-oriented work accuratelyAdvanced problem-solving skills; ability to identify risks and help remove roadblocksSkilled in all communication channels (meetings, email, instant messaging and summary documentation)Experience with Workfront or other project management platformsExcellent communication skills, written and spoken; is clear, concise, sincere, and persuasiveAbility to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiencesComfortable with communicating across functions and with all levels in the organizationExperience negotiating and balancing the input of stakeholders when making decisions and supporting the priorities of the programAbility to challenge and collaborate when building strong, productive relationshipsFocused on continuous improvementExperience with Agile Scrum, Marketo and/or Salesforce is a plus.Location:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $59,100 to $101,000 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations.
